Our portfolio partner Vytal Global has been selected as one of the Tech5Winners 2025 by The Financial Times and TNW. A well-earned recognition for a team that’s turning reuse into the new normal.

Their digital infrastructure helps cities, venues and the foodservice industry reduce waste at scale and lays the foundation for a circular economy that works in practice, not just in theory. Now also active in the US, Vytal shows how reuse can be radically scalable and operationally smart.

Last week, founder Dr. Tim Breker joined the Tech5 reception in Amsterdam alongside Deputy Mayor Alexander Scholtes, just ahead of hashtag#TNWconference.

From a fully reusable setup by The Food Line-up 🙌 to great conversations with fellow climatetech leaders like Metaloop, neustark, The Exploration Company and Yokoy, one thing was clear: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿, 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲.

We’re proud to support the full Vytal team, including Fabian Barthel and Josephine Kreische. It was great to have our colleague Eline de Haan there to celebrate the moment as well.
