Rubio’s Impact Report 2023

Each year, on Valentine’s Day, we share our love for impact, and this year we are taking impact up another notch and our โค๏ธ to the next level, so we are publishing our full Rubio Impact Report 2023 today!

Releasing the full report earlier than ever is a testament to our eagerness to share the collective impact of our portfolio. This diverse group of visionary entrepreneurs represent a powerful force for good: they drive positive change, while building the most valuable businesses of our time.

Fast is great, but quality is better! So, where did we make key improvements this year?

๐Ÿ˜ƒ More details: we are reporting on YOY impact growth per portfolio as well as on fund level
๐Ÿ‘Š Impact first: our core focus is on the key impact entrepreneurs are making
๐Ÿ“ ESG and SFDR: itโ€™s more a sanity factor to us, but they are important to avoid greenwashing
๐Ÿง Transparency: we are sharing our Rubio policies, providing clarity in how we got the numbers.

However, numbers never tell the full story, so we hope you can imagine the people behind the numbers & the beauty of our planet we are protecting. From a young refugee finding work through a SkillLab skills profile to the Sympower grid balancing solution that already replaced an entire coal plant, to all ๐Ÿ that survive and thrive thanks to Solastaโ€™s non-toxicity pesticide.

Please explore our 2023 results and let us know what you think!

Thank you for being a part of our journey and for sharing our passion for creating positive change. We hope you can feel ourย โค๏ธ for the amazing impact entrepreneurs we support to accelerate the transition towards a net positive world where nobody is left behind.
